Getting Started

Before braces are placed, patients must visit a dentist for an exam and have any necessary fillings. Patients should visit the dentist every 6 months for a thorough examination and cleaning. Before each orthodontic appointment, patients are encouraged to brush their teeth. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided in the office.

Convenient Appointments

Your appointments are scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle. Our staff makes every effort to accommodate each patient’s schedule. In order to help us continue to schedule efficiently, 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.

Treatment Time

Treatment may last from 18 to 30 months, though this will vary depending on your individual case. Appointments are typically scheduled from 4 to 12 weeks apart. Your cooperation in keeping scheduled orthodontic appointments, maintaining proper hygiene and taking care of your braces may allow you to finish your orthodontic treatment early.

Communication

Written correspondence is given to our patients during most appointments. If a parent is not present during an appointment, the child will be given these documents. Please make sure that you receive and review any pertinent information.

Finance

Braces are an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care affordable. Our office offers complimentary consultations that include an examination, X-rays and a discussion of recommended treatment.

For your convenience, we offer a variety of flexible payment plans with low monthly payments. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Check with our office staff if you have any questions or would like to obtain more specific information.

Automatic Bank Draft

Set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment.

Automatic Credit Card Debit

Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card. We accept (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). Please provide us with your card information at your first appointment.

Pay Online

Click on the "Login to My Account" link at the top of this page and follow the instructions to set up your account and pay online. Please call our office manager with any questions.

Cash Discount Option

If we receive a full payment up to 90 days after the initial banding appointment we will provide a 5% discount to the total treatment case fee.

Insurance

We participate with most private insurance plans. If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, please bring an insurance form with you so that we may rapidly determine your benefit.
