Responsible for overseeing business functions of the practice, focusing on practice growth. Assuring that patients are treated professionally; with respect, kindness, and understanding. Main areas of responsibility are:

• New Patient Process
• Key Performance Statistics
• Staff Management
• Internal and External Marketing
